TAG Discounts - Reduced price tickets are available for TAG members for many metropolitan area productions (see the Theatre Preview section for participating theatres).
TAG Night Out - For the cost of a “pay-what-you-can” donation to the TAG Scholarship Fund at the door, you can see the preview performances at many area theatre productions. Watch TAGLines for schedules.

Scholarships - Annual talent-based scholarships are given to TAG Member high school seniors intending to pursue further education in the area of theatrical arts (audition or technical portfolio presentation required). Social Activities - For members (and non-members) to mingle with other theatre enthusiasts. Watch TAGLines for information about special events.
Awards Night Gala - Each year the TAG membership nominates and votes for metro area theatres’ outstanding productions, actors, designers, and technicians. The process culminates at the Awards Night Gala where we gather to announce and honor recipients and celebrate the year’s achievements. Nominations Night is also not to be missed! Hosted by the zaniest characters of the past year.
Script Library - TAG members may borrow scripts to look at prior to an audition, for monologue research, etc. Donations of scripts are also accepted and tax-deductible. Contact the TAG Script Librarian: Roxanne Wach, 457-6160 or email: roxwach@aol.com.
Mailing List or Labels - The TAG mailing list or labels are available to members and member organizations, so you can send information to members. TAG Night Out Many of our participating theatres offer a TAG Night Out for their preview or final dress performance. These are offered free with a request for donations to the TAG Scholarship Fund. This provides: · the theatre with an enthusiastic audience for its production prior to the opening, and often on the night the production is being reviewed, · our membership with an opportunity to see more theatre productions at a reduced (donate what you can afford) price, · TAG with a vehicle to help fund our annual scholarships. To schedule a TAG Night Out contact taglines@theatreartsguild.com AND Denny Maddux, at dm2u@cox.net TAGLines and Web Page Advertising OpportunitiesOur newsletter and web page present a unique forum for direct advertising of interest to the theatre community, distributed to over 400 theatre, music and dance enthusiasts. As a benefit to our members, TAG lists all audition dates, production dates, and cast/staff lists of all area theatres for free. However, as a member, you may place additional theatre or non-theatre related ads, so we can support our members in their businesses. Ads from non-members must be theatre related. The newsletter is now distributed primarily in electronic format online, via email in PDF format; and mailed (to those who request it). Deadline and Submission
Newsletter Advertising Rates – All ads and flyers are accepted on a space available basis. Ads ¼ page (approx. 3.75 in. x 4 in.) - $10/month or $100 for a full year same ad (arranged in advance) ½ page (approx. 7.5 in. x 4 to 4.5 in.) - $20/month or $200 for a full year same ad (arranged in advance) Full page (approx. 7.5 in. x 9 to 9.5 in.) - $40/month or $400 for a full year same ad (arranged in advance)
Digital files, “camera ready,” should be e-mailed to taglines@theatreartsguild.com. Color ads will show up in color in the electronic versions of the newsletter.
Supplied Flyers – contact Cathy Hirsch at taglines@theatreartsguild.com. If the flyer also advertises events that benefit TAG, discount rates (based on the percentage of space of one side of the 8 ½” by 11” page that is used to advertise the TAG event) will be negotiated before insertion.
